Built around your circuits
Start with STAR-Light, then add another controller where your circuits need more channels. Add STAR-Tank sensors, wireless switches, cameras or another Glass panel as your system grows.

Two kinds of line
Every load still has a wire
Each light, pump and accessory is wired to its own STAR-Light channel, and STAR-Light, the Glass Router and Glass are each wired to your 12 V supply. The wireless part is the data: STAR-Light talks to Glass directly over Bluetooth, and each tile shows the state STAR-Light reports back. The Glass Router is the connection between Glass and your phone.

Wired to each load
Every circuit runs from its own STAR-Light channel: up to 10 A a channel and 40 A across the controller. STAR-Light runs from 10 to 32 V DC, the Glass Router from 9 to 36 V and Glass from 9 to 24 V.
Straight to Glass
STAR-Light talks to Glass directly over Bluetooth, so a tap never passes through the router. The Glass Router is the connection between Glass and your phone.
The tile shows what STAR-Light reports
A tile changes when STAR-Light reports the channel's new state, so the screen and the circuit agree.

Before you buy
How many circuits can Glass control?
Glass Control starts with STAR-Light's twelve channels, each on its own tile on Glass. Add another STAR-Light for twelve more, or a STAR-Rover-4 for four 15 A channels; each controller's channels appear on Glass too.
Which channels dim?
Channels 1 to 4 and 9 to 12, eight of STAR-Light's twelve. Channels 5 to 8 switch on and off. Put the lights you want to dim on a dimmable channel and the pumps and other on/off loads on the rest.
Do I need internet for it to work?
No. STAR-Light talks to Glass directly over Bluetooth, so switching needs no internet connection. The Glass Router is the connection between Glass and your phone.
Can I use STAR-Power instead of STAR-Light?
Not as a configured Glass Control bundle. STAR-Power is built for higher-current loads; tell us about your circuits and we'll check a STAR-Power system with you before you order.
What if I don't want the Glass Router?
The router is the connection between Glass and your phone, and every Glass Control system includes it. For Glass without a router, choose Glass Solo: Glass on its own, a standalone display for compatible Bluetooth equipment.
Can I change what is included?
Yes, around a fixed core. Every Glass Control system has Quasar Glass 4, the Glass Router and one STAR-Light. You can add controllers, tanks, switches, cameras and panels, subject to compatibility requirements.
Why do most bundles include the Glass Router?
The Glass Router is the connection between Glass and your phone. Glass Solo does not include it because Solo is designed as a standalone local display.
Does the router provide a digital twin?
No. The router connects products; it does not create the Quasar ONE digital twin. Digital-twin, system-health and predictive-service features belong to a separately defined Quasar ONE service.
Can Glass control Victron products?
Compatible Victron Bluetooth broadcasts can be displayed, but that Bluetooth path is read-only. Any control capability must be explicitly supported by the selected connection and product configuration.
Do wireless products still need power wiring?
Yes. Wireless describes the data connection. Displays, controllers, chargers and electrical loads still require appropriate power wiring and installation.
