Reduce the bundle to one STAR-Tank or add more for fresh, grey, black, diesel or other compatible tanks. Add switching or power equipment at the same time if you want Glass to do more than tank monitoring.

No probe in the liquid
It sits on top of the tank
Each STAR-Tank mounts on its own tank and sends a narrow radar pulse down into it, then times the return. In a water tank the pulse returns from the liquid surface. The fuel version times its return from a metal plate at the bottom of the tank. There is no float in the liquid and no sender cable to run back to a panel.
Every tank, its own tile
Each reading reaches Glass over the network the Glass Router provides, and each tank appears as its own tile with its name and level.

STAR-Tank sensors run on their own internal batteries. Quasar Glass and the Glass Router need a 12 V DC supply.

Every tank gets its own STAR-Tank. Pick a tank type to add it to your system.

Before you buy
Which STAR-Tank does each tank need?
Fresh, grey and black water tanks use STAR-Tank Water. Diesel tanks use STAR-Tank Fuel, which times its reading from a metal reflector plate at the bottom of the tank. Choose each tank's type when you customise, and the matching sensor is added.
Can I start with one tank and add more later?
Yes. Reduce the bundle to one STAR-Tank now and add another sensor for each tank later. Every tank needs its own STAR-Tank.
Does STAR-Tank need a power cable?
No. Each STAR-Tank runs on its own internal battery, so there is no sender or power cable to run to the tank. Quasar Glass and the Glass Router are wired to a 12 V DC supply.
Will it suit my tank?
That depends on the tank's material, construction and contents. The STAR-Tank installation manual explains the mounting options. Tell us about your tanks and we'll confirm the right sensors before you order.
Can I change what is included?
Yes. Each bundle is a starting configuration. You can add, remove or resize individual products, subject to compatibility requirements.
Why do most bundles include the Glass Router?
The router provides the private network used by STAR controllers, additional Glass displays, cameras and other connected equipment. Glass Solo does not include it because Solo is designed as a standalone local display.
Does the router provide a digital twin?
No. The router connects products; it does not create the Quasar ONE digital twin. Digital-twin, system-health and predictive-service features belong to a separately defined Quasar ONE service.
Can Glass control Victron products?
Compatible Victron Bluetooth broadcasts can be displayed, but that Bluetooth path is read-only. Any control capability must be explicitly supported by the selected connection and product configuration.
Do wireless products still need power wiring?
Yes. Wireless describes the data connection. Displays, controllers, chargers and electrical loads still require appropriate power wiring and installation.
