Which Scotty firmware do I have?Read the identification guide
Open your Scotty's home screen and read the firmware version number. Match the product label, power rating and voltage range to the photos and model below, then choose the software track that matches the version already running on your unit.
- Starts with 2: Scotty AI V2. The published V2 update is for 250 kbit/s CAN units only. For 500 kbit/s or custom firmware, contact Support before updating.
- Starts with 3: Scotty AI V3, for the 1.5 kW 12-48 V, 3 kW 12-48 V and 3 kW 24-48 V products.
- Starts with 4.0.0: Scotty AI V4, for those three products and the 1.5 kW 12-48 V solid-state product. Check the track's compatibility notes before downloading.
A product can have more than one software track. A V4 listing is not an instruction to upgrade V2 or V3 hardware to V4. If the number is different, missing or unclear, contact Safiery Support with a photo of the product label and home screen.
