RAM1500 RAMbox is self contained with 240V, 12V Power and Digital Switching.

• The lithium battery is a high power 8000W Meteor capable of running up to 8,000W on inverter power from a single battery.
• Recharginging this battery is a Scotty AI Meteor 125A DC DC.
• The AI program lets this run from the RAM1500 eTorque 48-12V converter with no problems. See the video below of Scotty pulling 2700W of power as DC DC.
• The STAR-touch display can be in the RAMbox or even inside the cab.
• STAR-power will switch 12 channels up to 150A from the 12V pin of Scotty AI Meteor.
• STAR-switch 8 button rubberised keypad can be installed externally in the tub. Its waterproof and UV treated.
• STAR-switch 4 button Quad switch is designed for the sun visor. This is long range Bluetooth capable of 40M plus.

This powerful 125A DC DC recharges Lithium in RAM1500 RAMbox:

• This powerful 125A DC DC called Scotty Ai simply plugs into the battery train.
• The power plug at the front of the unit has 2 mega-fuses. One for 48V and the other for 12V.
• The 12V lug is connected by cable to the vehicle alternator. There is a 70A Amphenol connector at the other end of the case.
• Scotty AI DC DC Meteor model will extract 125A from the VW transporter 180A alternator when driving for replenishment power.
• When the engine is off, this DC DC is bi-directional and delivers 12V for the fridge, lights and USB outlets.

Powerful 8000W Lithium in RAM1500 RAMbox:

• This powerful 48V Lithium battery is capable of delivering 8000W of power. It has 2000Wh capacity and is recharged by a plug-in Scotty AI Meteor.
• The power plug at the front of the unit has 2 mega-fuses. One for 48V and the other for 12V.
• The CAN BMS is Victron Compliant.
• There is a remote On/Off switch on the battery. If installed externally, the battery can be turned off without opening the RAMbox.

STAR-power Digital Switching:

• Up to 150A of 12V power can be switched
• 6 x 30A channels and 6 x 10A LED Dimmable switched channels
• Fuseless with Guaranteed 80 millionths of a second circuit disconnect if a short circuit occurs.
