Quasar Glass Power is everything in Quasar Glass Control plus your Victron power system live on a fourth page with no GX device anywhere. The Victron Orion XS 12/12-50 A DC-DC charger, Blue Smart IP22 12/30 mains charger, SmartSolar MPPT 100/30 and SmartShunt 500 A are in the box, and the glass decodes their encrypted Bluetooth broadcasts directly: charge current, solar power and yield, mains charge state and true state of charge. Monitor everything, control Safiery: the panel listens to Victron, it never connects, so it puts zero load on the Victron devices and never changes a setting. Keys are captured once from VictronConnect at setup. The switching side is the Control package exactly: one STAR-Light V2 with twelve dimmable channels, one Quasar Glass 4 panel and the dual-band 4G router, pre-paired at our bench with a quick-start card carrying one QR code. The free Quasar Glass App shows the same Power page on your phone. Every Control option attaches here too: STAR-Tank radar tank sensors, Ruuvi temperature and air-quality sensors, a STAR-Rover-4 CAN peer for tyres, incline and Safiery batteries, extra panels, cameras and wireless STAR switches. Victron equipment is supplied by Safiery as part of the package on the one invoice. Inverter control from the glass needs a Cerbo GX (see Power + Cerbo); full Victron control with conversation is the Quasar ONE upgrade.

Read-only is the design, not a limitation waiting for a fix: the panel puts zero load on the Victron devices and never changes a setting. Keys are captured once from VictronConnect at setup and never touched again. Charge profiles for your battery are still set in VictronConnect, or by us before switch-on through the AI Configuration Service.

The switching side is the Control package exactly - one STAR-Light V2 with twelve dimmable channels, one Quasar Glass 4 panel and the dual-band 4G router, pre-paired at our bench - so every Control option (tanks, air, tyres and incline, extra panels, cameras, wireless switches) attaches here too.

Your Victron system, on the same glass

A fourth page joins the three switching pages: the Orion XS's charge current, the MPPT's solar power and today's yield, the IP22's mains charge state and the SmartShunt's state of charge, volts and amps - each on its own tile, each decoded from the product's own Bluetooth advertisement. Nothing is cabled to the panel and no gateway sits in between.

Twelve channels on glass, pre-paired

The STAR-Light V2, the Quasar Glass 4 panel and the Quasar Glass Router arrive already on the kit's private network. Wire them to 12 V with the router and controller on your always-on circuit, power up in any order, and the glass shows every channel within about a minute. Three swipe pages of tiles, press and hold to dim, scenes on a long press.

Power tiles on your phone too

The free Quasar Glass App shows the same Power page as the glass. In range, your phone's own Bluetooth reads the Victron products; away from the vehicle, with a SIM in the router, the app reaches your system through the router's 4G. Scan the QR code on the quick-start card, tap Join, done.

Questions

Do I need a Victron GX device?

No. The glass reads the Orion XS, IP22, MPPT and SmartShunt straight from their Bluetooth broadcasts. A Cerbo GX becomes worthwhile when you want inverter control from the glass or devices without Bluetooth - that is the Power + Cerbo package, or plug in a Cerbo you already own.

Can the glass change my charge voltages?

No. Victron read from Bluetooth is monitored only. Charge profiles are set in VictronConnect on your phone, or by us before switch-on through the AI Configuration Service, which lists exactly which settings to enter for Bluetooth-only devices.

Is the Victron equipment priced separately?

No. It is supplied by Safiery as part of the package and appears on the same invoice at the one package price.

What if I have more Victron products than the kit?

Turn on Instant Readout in VictronConnect for each one and enter its key once on the glass; its tile appears within seconds. Or cable them to a Cerbo GX and they arrive through the Cerbo.

Can I add tanks, cameras or a second screen later?

Yes. Every Control option attaches to Power: STAR-Tank sensors, Ruuvi sensors, a STAR-Rover-4 for tyres and incline, extra Quasar Glass panels and dual-band cameras. Order them against your kit code and they arrive paired.
