Returns and credits

What can be returned?

Products are returnable in the original packaging and without damage.

When do items need to be returned by?

The time limit for returns is 30 days.

Where do items need to be returned to?

Return items to Safiery Pty Ltd, 45/8 Distribution Court, Arundel 4214 QLD, Australia.

What is needed with return items

Include original invoice. Ensure serial number matches invoice.

Shipping for returns

Original shipping rates are not refundable. Replace items are sent with no charge on freight.

Credit for returns

Returned item for credit will be credited at the invoice value using a credit on the payment method used.

• If the item is in original sealed package, the as sold price is credited.
• If the item has been removed from original sealed package, then it needs to be tested and inspected. If it is good, there is a 15% fee.
• If there is any damage, superficial scratches or missing documents, a fee of up to 50% may be charged.

Items need to be in orginal packaging for return.
