For RV’s and the marine environment, it’s not uncommon to see a multitude of lighting and 12V device control wires at a single junction panel. The advent of digital switching systems reduces the space required and increases safety and reliability over traditional fuses and breakers. STAR-Light sports 4 x 15A dimmable channels at 12V or 24V. Wireless Communication from Switches and Touch Displays

Any channel can be switched by wireless switches, CAN/ NMEA switches, Touch Display. Up to 6 switches can be configured to operate any one STAR-Light channel. This gives near infinite possibilities for users with master and sub-master control easy to implement. Wireless switches significantly reduces installation time. Configuration is done on a Smartphone app. It also simplifies combining lights and devices in scene control. In the Marine environment, the NMEA variation means switch control from your favourite MFD.

For maximum safety, STAR-Rover protects at the ultimate level. Short circuit protection occurs in 80 millionths of a second. The highest quality integrated hardware protected mosfets from Germany are used. This means that high in-rush currents can be allowed at 4 x nominal capacity whilst still having short circuit protection.

Advanced Flexible Dimming Modes

For lighting circuits, STAR-Rover can dim LED’s up to 120W. This eliminates the need for duplicating high power work lights with softer evening lights. With our advanced STAR-switch circuits, STAR-power adjusts brightness levels to suit ambient needs, making your life easier and more convenient.

STAR-Rover can operate true RGBW channels as one coloured light. You select the colour. With STAR Switches, double press changes from White to the selected colour.

In mobile environments, size matters. STAR-Rover achieves 40A continuous 12v or 24V power in a 120 x 90 mm footprint and only 30mm deep. The alloy billet machined anodized case dissipates heat. Wiring to devices is plug-n-play. No fusing is required. The NMEA connection is isolated. 12 devices to 10A can be switched.
