The standard Glass Complete bundle is nine products: one screen, one router, one switching controller, four Victron products for measuring and charging, and a sensor for each of two tanks.

Wireless data. Normal installation.
Wireless describes the data connection. Glass, the router, STAR-Power, the chargers and every load still need power wiring, fusing and installation. STAR-Tank sensors run on their own internal batteries.
Mains wiring is a licensed job
The 240V charger runs from mains power. Any 240V wiring in your boat or vehicle, from the inlet to its outlets, must be installed by a licensed electrician.
Victron products in VictronConnect
Turn on Instant Readout on each Victron product and copy its key into Glass. Glass then shows its readings. Their charge settings are set in VictronConnect, not on Glass.

Questions
Before you buy
Does Glass Complete include a battery?
No. Glass Complete charges, measures and shows your own 12V battery. The battery, solar panels, tanks, cabling, fuses and installation are not included.
Does it give me 240V power outlets?
No. The 240V charger charges your battery from mains power when it is available. There is no inverter in Glass Complete, so it does not make 240V from the battery.
Who installs the 240V charger?
The charger runs from mains power, and any 240V wiring in your boat or vehicle must be installed by a licensed electrician. Its battery side is ordinary 12V DC wiring. Follow each product's manual for cable sizes and fusing.
Can I keep Victron products I already own?
Yes. Choose "I already have one" for any of them when you customise. Glass reads compatible Victron Bluetooth products once you enter each product's Instant Readout key from VictronConnect. That path is read-only.
What if part of my system can't be ordered online?
Then the customiser sends the whole configuration to our team as a quote request, instead of putting part of the system in your cart. We confirm the price and delivery for the complete system.
Can I change what is included?
Yes. Each bundle is a starting configuration. You can add, remove or resize individual products, subject to compatibility requirements.
Why do most bundles include the Glass Router?
The Glass Router is the connection between Glass and your phone. Glass Solo does not include it because Solo is designed as a standalone local display.
Does the router provide a digital twin?
No. The router connects Glass to your phone; it does not create the Quasar ONE digital twin. Digital-twin, system-health and predictive-service features belong to a separately defined Quasar ONE service.
Can Glass control Victron products?
Compatible Victron Bluetooth broadcasts can be displayed, but that Bluetooth path is read-only. Any control capability must be explicitly supported by the selected connection and product configuration.
Do wireless products still need power wiring?
Yes. Wireless describes the data connection. Displays, controllers, chargers and electrical loads still require appropriate power wiring and installation.
