Van/Canopy Builder Wiring Made Easy

Safiery takes list of wiring outputs from van/canopy builder.

Safiery makes a labelling system and places on the board adjacent to the channels to wire into.

There are 2 sizes for STAR controllers:

• 2.5mm2 for 10A channels
• 4mm2 for 30A channels

NONE of these channels need fusing because STAR controllers have unique advanced fuseless design.

No heatshink or bootlace is needed as wire goes inside protective sleeve on Wago termination block. The wire is secured by opening a spring clip , inserting wire, closing spring clip.

For Fridges and larger power items, Anderson plugs are prewired or Midi-fiuses with M6 bolts are these to wire to with an adjacent negative bus.

Huge DC DC Charging 125A 12V

Scotty AI is a bi-directionaal DC DC. It will charge the 48V lithium at up to 1500W. It has AI for auto-tuning to the vehicles alternator. All done on smartphone.

When the engine is off, it switches direction from charging to discharging at 12V to support the 12V loads like fridges, lights pumps etc.

To make it easy to connect to the alternator or trailing cable, a 120A anderson plug is fitted. It can be a megafuse in leu of this for just the positive with the negative going to chassis ground.
